Thank you for visiting my website. I’m really happy that you’re engaging with my work and gently remind you that all work, photos of work and product imagery remain copyright of Jessica Kinnersley. My work and products in my e commerce store are for personal use only and not for commercial use. I am happy for you to share imagery, for example to social media, but please credit Jessica Kinnersley Textiles if doing so.

Returns and refunds...

I want to you to feel that you can buy from me with confidence and offer full refunds up to 14 days after purchase, providing goods are returned in an undamaged and saleable condition. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me in the first instance and I will aim to resolve any issues. Please note that I cannot cover the cost of return postage, this must be paid for by the buyer.

If an item arrives damaged please contact me and I will offer a refund or replacement. I may ask for a photo of the damage and I will cover the cost of returning a damaged item.

Cancellations...

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can process a refund and prevent the order being shipped

Shipping...

I aim to ship orders within 3 business days, unless specifically stated on an item description. Items that are available as a pre-order will have an estimated shipping date detailed in the item description.

All items are shipped using Royal Mail first class post. Items of higher value, such as originals, will be sent via recorded delivery and the extra cost of this is included in the item price. There is no need to add a shipping upgrade.

You will receive an email to notify you when your item has been dispatched. If you experience a delay in delivery, please contact me so I can help to resolve the issue.

I am happy to organise “click and collect”. Please select the “pick up in person” option for delivery. I am usually in my studio on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient collection time.

Upon visiting my site, I may have to collect some information about you. The following paragraphs are set out to help you understand clearly how I collect, store and use your data. You have the right to ask me to provide what information I hold about you and also the right to ask for it to be deleted or amended.

I use Mailchimp to manage my mailing list and newsletter. This information is collected via the pop up box which you may have filled in upon visiting my website. Rest assured I won’t pass on your details to any third parties. The information I collect for my mailing list is only used by Jessica Kinnersley Textiles. If you contact me using the form on my “Contact” page, your details will only be used in order to deal with your enquiry. You will not be automatically added to any marketing communications without your express permission. You can unsubscribe from any of my email marketing by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email. If you would like help being added or unsubscribed, please contact me and I can help.

If you shop on my website, Wix (the website provider) will keep an electronic record of transactions. Your data will be used for order fulfilment. I only receive information necessary to fulfil an order or service. I do not hold any financial information.

I keep a record of workshop attendees on my personal computer, which is password protected. I keep a record of your name, method of payment and email address for 3 years, which I may use for tax and self-assessment purposes.

A cookie is a small file that is stored on your device, upon visiting this website. Cookies are used to distinguish you from other users of the website and provide me with information about how the website is used so I can keep it up to date and as error-free as possible.

I may monitor traffic to the site using Wix analytics and collect the following information:

The referral source/website that you visited from (eg, Google search or social media)
The length of time you spend on the site or visiting various pages
The geographical region you are visiting from

This information helps me to monitor and improve my site and help me to create a better experience for visitors while developing my business.
