I've have always loved visiting Belsay and it has been a pleasure to develop a new kit using the quarry garden's iconic arch as a focal point.
Kits are supplied with all the materials you need to make a unique textile collage; including printed instructions and QR code link to an accompanying YouTube video, in which I guide you through the practical and creative steps to making your own unique textile collage. Simply add pins, scissors, a needle and have an iron nearby.

The pack contains, linen, bump, bondaweb, a postcard sized printed image (printed onto inkjet cotton) of the arch in Belsay's quarry garden and a selection of landscape coloured fabric strips to be cut and collaged, as demonstrated in the accompanying “how-to” video. The pack also contains a selection 6 stranded embroidery threads and neutral coloured tacking thread. I use a lot of reclaimed fabrics so some fabrics may vary to those photographed, but be assured you will still have a good selection of fabric and colours! You will need a needle, scissors, pins and an iron.
Please note this pack contains instructions and is designed to be used with the accompanying video. For the best "experience" do refer to the video as well!
