After many requests, I'm delighted to bring you my new Sycamore Gap kit!
The felling of Sycamore Gap in September saddened so many and I have had lots of requests for a kit since. I think many of us want to create or own a personal keepsake or memento of what was (and hopefully will remain!) such a special place in Northumberland.
So what do you get?
Each kit contains all of the materials you need to create your own abstract landscape textile collage of Northumberland's iconic tree, which measures approximately 20cm in diameter once made.
Each kit contains, a white cotton base, which I've stitched with a scalloped edge, bump for backing, bondaweb, the tree (printed onto inkjet cotton), a selection of new and vintage/reclaimed fabrics for collage, tacking threads, 6 stranded embroidery threads, a Frixion pen and instruction booklet...oh and there's also a little treat enclosed so you can enjoy a cuppa while you sew! Please note that fabrics may vary a little from those pictured as I use a mixture of new, vintage and reclaimed pieces, but you will always get a good selection!
You simply need to have the following equipment to hand: A needle, pins, scissors and your iron. A glue stick, such as Pritt, is also a handy addition for this project.
Treat yourself to a few hours of creative slow-stitch or give the gift of a kit. Kits arrived boxed and are easy to post as they are large letter size.

I post all orders out using Royal Mail first class post. Items of high value, such as originals, will be sent recorded and this is included in the item price. I aim to post within 3 days of receiving your order.
